Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

- Contact us at support@fabsales.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and the return address

Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Free returns: Only if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as evidence

We will offer:

- Replacement, or
- Full refund (including shipping costs) This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you haven’t received your refund:

- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
